Description
Our Powers of Attorney (POA) service includes:
- expertly guiding you and your attorney or attorneys through the process in a simple and easy-to-understand way;
- preparing the Lasting Powers of Attorney documentation in line with the wishes of the parties involved; and
- registering the Lasting Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG).
This POA service is for both
- Financial & Property Affairs; and
- Health & Welfare Matters
We take the hassle and the time commitment out of the process for you.
The service is offered at a fixed price of £480 inc. VAT. In addition, the Office of the Public Guardian charges a fee of £82 for registration of each lasting Power of Attorney application.
Note: If you are on certain state benefits or your income is below a certain level, you may not have to pay the registration fee or you may be entitled to a reduction.
